A BILL to repeal article four, chapter five-b of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended,
relating to the repeal of provisions establishing labor-
management council.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article four, chapter five-b of the code of West
Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be
repealed.
§1. Repeal of section creating the labor-management council.
Article four, chapter five-b of the code of West Virginia, one
thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, is hereby repealed.
